CSK Micrognosis Buys Quay For More Than $35 Million

After more than three years courtship -- and nearly two months thrashing out a pre-nuptial agreement -- the relationship between CSK Micrognosis Inc. and Dublin-based Quay Financial Software Ltd. (QFS) has been formalized, with CSK Micrognosis paying more than $35 million to acquire QFS in its entirety.
