Instinet Revs Up Its Technology Efforts, Rolls Out Order Management System

NEW YORK--Instinet is slated to roll out an internal order management and routing system by the end of this month in both New York and London. The system is a customized version of ORMS, an order management system it licensed from Australian software vendor ComputerShare. That $6.5 million agreement was completed back in May.
