Martin Hand is the managing director of Dart (N.I.) and technical director of the Dart Group; Dart is a member of the Intercapital Group. Formed a decade ago, Dart provides specialized pricing and risk management software for global financial services firms. Dart established a research and development centre in Northern Ireland in 1997 to meet the increasing IT demands of the financial marketplace.
