Money broker Prebon Yamane Inc. has given new life to plans to deploy a digital data delivery platform in its Hong Kong and Singapore offices. The two offices had reached a preliminary agreement with British Telecom/Syntegra to install the vendor's Open Trading System platform across Asia last year--only to put that agreement on hold when they learned that IT staff at headquarters were evaluating systems for a global rollout.
