Good-by Y2K, Hello Decimalization

Three weeks before the end of 1999, the Securities Industry Association held a two-day conference in New York on important developments that could be expected during the next decade. The afternoon sessions consisted of workshops, and a scheduling conflict spoke volumes about what is on the industry's collective mind.
