GFI Wastes No Time Merging KRF; Sets Asian Mgmt Team, Office Moves

In the two weeks that have passed since Global Financial Information completed its acquisition of Knight-Ridder Financial for $275 million (D&IS, 29 July), GFI has moved quickly to begin integrating KRF with GFI's equity-oriented Bridge Information Services group. GFI has set office merger plans and an Asian management structure. The new GFI managers vow to determine and divulge shortly blueprints for integrating KRF products with Bridge's--and for Equinet's future in Australia.
