Salomon Brothers Inc. still hasn't signed on the dotted line with Teknekron Software Systems Inc., says a source close to the firm. Teknekron was selected last September by Salomon to provide the software platform for the first phase of Fulcrum, its new workstation-based trading information architecture (TST, Sept. 11, 1989).
