Former 4P Users Are Dissatisfied With Reuters SDS2
THIS WEEK'S LEAD STORIES
Reuters Holdings PLC's decision to discontinue its 4P system during 1988 and steer customers to SDS2 and other Reuters services is still raising complaints from some brokers and traders at major New York investment firms.
Reuters won't say why 4P had to go, but the company's product development strategy dictates that it develop and market domestic and international products that don't duplicate each other.
