To Unite All Its Data, Analytics On One PC Platform, Telerate Readies The Telerate Workstation

Dow Jones Telerate earlier this month began internal testing of its Telerate Workstation, a Microsoft Corp. Windows-, PC- and local area network-based platform that will ultimately unify all of Telerate's different data and analytics services.
The vendor's regional marketing heads gathered two weeks ago in Harborside, N.J. to set fees and a strategy for launching and marketing the Workstation. Telerate officials now anticipate a third quarter launch for the product -- lagging considerably behind
