CHAU REJOINS NEON/MSB AS DEVELOPMENT HEAD
After a two year absence, Tony Chau has rejoined the staff of New Era of Networks (Neon)/MSB as head of trading system development. Chau had been contracted out to Nomura International six-and-a-half years ago by MSB Consultants. Two years ago, Chau was named a permanent employee of Nomura as head of equity trading group technology. Chau says he returned to Neon/MSB because of improved opportunities at the company after its purchase by Neon (TTW, June 22
