Last October, Brian Clark, the former CIO of Nikko Securities in New York, joined the Citigroup office in New York as director of administration. Clark declines comment upon his new responsibilities. Nikko has closed down its securities brokerage operations in New York (see related story, this issue).
William Scott, former vice president for Lehman Brothers, in the Jersey City, New Jersey offices, has left Lehmans to join the Beacon Group in New York as the new director of technology.
