Robert Tankoos, the former vice president for IT and program director at ING Barings in New York, has moved over to Goldman Sachs, say industry sources. Tankoos is now the systems operations manager for investment banking. Tankoos oversaw the rollout of Tibco's TIB/Rendezvous platform for ING's New York-based traders (TTW, February 1). Another member of the team overseeing that migration, Ron Ebenstein, chief architect for IT at ING, has also gone to Goldman Sachs, say sources.
