The Pacific Exchange (PCX) has appointed James Yee as its senior executive vice president and chief information officer (CIO). Yee’s most recent post was as CIO and managing director of Banc of America Securities. He has also held executive positions with Citibank, Painewebber and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) recently named Douglas Paul its vice chairman in charge of fixed income and derivatives. He ascends to the new post from that of sales manager in US fixed income
