Bob Leaper, business development manager for Thomson Investment Software's Portia portfolio management software, left Thomson after eight years. He'll be head of sales at Redwood Risk Management, a Boston-based software publisher founded in 1996 that develops portfolio management and analytics software. A TIS spokeswoman says the company had no plans to replace Leaper.
