LSE Experiences Reference Data Problems

The London Stock Exchange (LSE) has made an updated reference data file available to its customers in order to resolve a retrospective reference data problem that it has experienced this morning.
The LSE has told its customers to upload the 20120723_XLON_INSTRUMENT.CSV reference data file, which contains accurate reference data mappings and will resolve the issue for those customers who have been affected, according to the LSE.
The LSE says that the issue has affected a subset of FTSE 100, FTSE
