You became CEO of Monitor110 in January 2008. How long did it take you to realize the situation the company was in?

Brennan Carley:

The first thing the board asked me to do was get a team together that could execute a strategy. I brought in Brian Roberti to run sales and Terry James to run the customer service functions. In March, we got the product out the door. In April we got it to customers. We eventually had around 60 customers on the platform.
