Santa Cruz, Calif.-based IXI Corp. -- a subsidiary of the Santa Cruz Operation Inc. -- has picked up a handful of major trading room users for a new piece of software that allows a single Unix workstation to display an increased number of screens of information. The vendor claims that Citibank, Chemical Bank and Merrill Lynch & Co. are all currently using the software -- called IXI Panorama -- in support of traders in New York City.
