December Release Of FIX 4.2 To Focus On FIXML, Exchanges

NEW YORK--A new version of FIX, FIX 4.2, is scheduled to be released in December. The new version will include a number of new features, some of which will focus on FIXML and the needs of ECNs and exchanges.
