Raymond James Tests Bondwatch Web: A Web Version of First Call's Sales Tool

NEW YORK--New York-based brokerage Raymond James & Associates is beta-testing Bondwatch Web, the Web-based version of the Bondwatch information sales tool from First Call.

Officially launched last week, Bondwatch Web is aimed at firms trading in fixed-income securities. At Raymond James, the new service has been undergoing tests on six sales desks for taxable, fixed-income trading for the last six weeks.

The firm, however, is currently retaining a competitor's services, says Larry Haag, Raymond
