DLJ Retains Consultancy Led By Ex-Pru I.T. Exec

MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY

To expedite its trading floor relocation project, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. has enlisted the help of a start-up consulting firm led by ex-Prudential Securities Inc. vice president Mike Keller. DLJ, which is in the process of moving from its current 140 Broadway digs to its future 277 Park Ave. headquarters, is working with Keller's firm -- which has not yet been named -- to test and install its Reuters-supplied Triarch 2000 digital data distribution system, among other things.
