NEW YORK--Javelin Technologies, a provider of financial information protocol servers for electronic securities trading, has begun the distribution of Flirt (Financial Language Internet Real-Time Trading) as an open Internet standard, which it hopes will become the universal protocol for Internet-based securities transactions.
