PALO ALTO, CA--Tibco Software made three separate announcements last week: the release of its TIB/Adapter for Microsoft’s Component Object Module (COM) development environment; the launch of TIB/Portalpack, a new developer’s kit for bringing real-time content to the Web; and a joint effort with Mitem to link mainframes to e-business infrastructures.
