• Phillip Riese, formerly CEO of Optimark, has been named CEO of Airclic, a Pennsylvania-based joint venture with Motorola, Symbol and Ericsson that enables mobile phones to scan printed Web Codes. Riese will be responsible for getting an active global infrastructure in place for Airclic by the end of the first quarter. He will remain on Optimark's board of directors.
