Andersen Files Suit Against CSC For $10M In Billing Dispute Over Pinnacle Alliance

NEW YORK--Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) owes Andersen Consulting $10 million for its role in the ongoing Pinnacle Alliance outsourcing project at JP Morgan, claims Andersen in a suit filed recently in New York State Supreme Court.

The Alliance is a seven-year contract in which JP Morgan outsourced many facets of its IT operations to CSC, Andersen, AT&T Solutions and Bell Atlantic Network Integration (Trading Systems Technology, May 27, 1996). JP Morgan says it has saved $150 million as a result
