Nasdaq Mulls Optimark Technology's Anonymous Trade Matching System

NEW YORK--While Optimark Technologies reached a milestone by getting Nasdaq to agree in principle to use the Optimark Trading System, an anonymous trade matching service, the company is in "serious negotiations" with other US exchanges, says William Lupien, Optimark's chairman and CEO.
