NEW YORK--Finding Tibco's Marketsheet market data display application problematic, TD Securities in New York, part of Toronto Dominion bank, is evaluating version 3.0 of the Reuters Kobra market data display application running in a Tibco TIB/Rendezvous (TIB/RV) environment.
