Espeed Starts Publishing Volume Figures, Distinguishes Itself From Competition

NEW YORK--In a move that echoes EBS' marketing move in its battle to win the race for market share in foreign exchange, Espeed has begun publishing its transaction data every month. And though the data is available publicly via Espeed's regular Securities and Exchange Commission filings, the move sets it apart from its tight-lipped competitors.

This is true particularly in respect to Brokertec Global, the electronic interdealer fixed-income broker that have been unwilling to regularly publish
