Phil Gramm Rides To The Rescue

It's ironic that Phil Gram, veteran of the Reagan revolution and the defender of free markets everywhere, has draw a line in the sand that places the deregulation of the stock markets on one side an himself on the other. But it's hard to find any other interpretation for his opposition to spinning off or separating the regulatory arms of the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq.
