Pats' PTS Helps Give Displaced Locals At Satellite Sites A New Lease On Liffe

LONDON--Former traders from the London International Financial and Futures Options Exchange (Liffe) are offering at least 40 displaced Liffe locals an office, a screen and an opportunity to get back to work. They are doing it with the cooperation of City clearinghouses and through installations of the Personal Trading System (PTS) from Pats, an independent software vendor (ISV).

Broker and clearinghouse Gerard and National Intercommodities (GNI) has set up three trading centres for ex-Liffe
