More On Dow Jones Markets In Wake Of Scaleback Announcement

NEW YORK--In the aftermath of Dow Jones & Co.'s decision Nov. 19 to substantially scale back its $650 million Dow Jones Markets revamp plan:

* The New York Times carried an item the following Friday, as last week's IMD went to the printers, suggesting that a second board meeting had taken place Thursday, at which the decision had been taken to sell Dow Jones Markets. The story was picked up by several newswires and Crain's New York Business. A correction, withdrawing both assertions, was buried
