Correction: Telerate's spokesperson wrote in to correct some details of IMD's account of the vendor's new frame relay-based network. Here is an excerpt of his letter: "The Telerate x.25 network doesn't carry our data traffic. Data is transmitted on the frame relay network. The x.25 network mainly carries our Inter-Active Services traffic, providing access to various historical databases -- corporate, municipal and international government bond information -- and also carrying traffic for news
