BGI Polishes Its Global Market Data System

Barclays Global Investor (BGI) is completing the deployment of data sets on its Global Market Data (GMD)system, which collects third-party and internal data for research and portfolio optimization. In addition, it plans to go live with its Common Platform, a global system that delivers market data and applications, in Tokyo at the end of this month.
