Primark To Sell Timco; Releases 2Q Results

WALTHAM, Mass.--In a move that will allow Primark to realize its goal of focusing exclusively on the financial and economic information marketplace, the company has agreed to sell its aircraft maintenance subsidiary, Timco (Triad International Maintenance Corp.). At the same time, Primark has released its second quarter earnings results.
