Pont Data saga was gaining downhill momentum at press time. Sources among creditors in U.S. say they've given up expecting their bills to be paid. Sources in U.K. say creditors there have been informed that Pont's U.K. subsidiary won't pay bills either and that U.K. is close to following Australian and American subsidiaries into some form of receivership or administration (IMD, Feb. 17). Meanwhile, public Chapter 11 filing obtained from bankruptcy court in Newark, N.J. reveals extent of Pont U.S
