Exchange Glitches Fuel Data Debate
The London Stock Exchange experienced a technical hitch at 15:04 local time on Monday, Nov. 9, which stopped trading and market data distribution for roughly 8 percent of the securities traded on its TradElect platform, including UK, Italian and South African stocks, as well as exchange-traded funds and warrants.
