The winners of the AFTAs 2015 were announced on the evening of December 7 at an awards dinner in New York. Here are this year's winners with write-ups about why they won.
This year's AFTAS, hosted by ex-NBA player Muggsy Bogues, were held in New York following the annual Waters USA event. This year's two individual awards ─ best technology executive (buy side) and best technology executive (sell side) ─ went to John Marcante of Vanguard Asset Management and Oliver Bussmann of UBS, respectively.
