The new version will focus on task management to help users resolve their exceptions step-by-step in a consistent and timely manner, and will feature a new alerting functionality from the front to the back-office to specify users when action needs to be taken.

“We have developed solutions in partnership with our clients, adopting their requests and enhancing the solution accordingly,” says Darryl Twiggs, EVP product management at SmartStream. “This partnership approach is something we thrive on, and it allows us to better understand our client’s thinking and their strategic direction.”

TLM Exception Management solution seamlessly interfaces with all of SmartStream’s solutions as well as other third-party solutions for managing exceptions from a single point.
