MDX Bows Server-Side Data Cache, Eyes Multi-Vendor Contributions System
The key new feature of version 3 of MDXT Connect is its ability to run at the server level rather than on individual desktops, and to enable greater sharing and replicating of data between unlimited numbers of servers in real time, says Paul Watmough, chief executive of MDX.
Watmough says the new version was driven by demand from clients already using its desktop cache in a server environment, taking data from trading platforms and making it available in spreadsheets for traders and salespeople
