ABN Amro Launches AMG Global Platform

City of London
ABN AMRO Clearing launched AMG Global platform during the Fix EMEA Trading Conference taking place in London.

During the FIX EMEA Trading Conference in London this week, ABN Amro launched the AMG Global platform that allows clients in every region with execution capabilities on ABN Amro Clearing's trading memberships to access over 40 equity, derivative and commodity exchanges via a front-end system of their choice.

"AMG Global delivers global, multi-asset-class connectivity and an agnostic approach to front-end vendors," says Chris Lee, global head of market access at ABN Amro Clearing. "A key differentiator is that our trading venue connectivity is backed by ABN Amro Clearing exchange memberships with the ability to execute trades and also that the platform is multi-asset-class across equities, derivatives and commodities. This is where many other offerings have failed."

AMG Global also provides a comprehensive suite of pre-trade risk controls, designed and built by ABN Amro Clearing to comply with local and regional trading regulations.
