Indus Valley Rolls Out Cloud Form PF Platform

Capitol Hill in Washington DC
Form PF is regarded as a major challenge among elements of the buy side.

The software is aimed at the lower end of funds subject to Form PF requirements, which obligate reporting to regulators in the US under the auspices of the Dodd-Frank Act. The software is fully delivered as a service, requiring no local installs.

"Our cloud based Form PF Lite solution is engineered specifically for smaller funds with limited budgets," says Gurvinder Singh, CEO at Indus Valley Partners.

Under Form PF rules, funds with less than $1.5 billion assets under management have a less frequent reporting schedule than the larger entities. This version of the software provides streamlined templates, but can be upgraded if the fund increases to the point where it is required to file quarterly.
