San Francisco-based financial software provider Advent has announced AS LHV Pank's Asset Management arm, based in Tallinn, Estonia and part of a banking group that is also the third largest broker on the Nasdaq OMX Baltic market, has come online with its asset management platform, which includes the firm's Portfolio Exchange relationship management and Moxy order management system.

LHV Asset Management says it was seeking better client reporting and regulatory compliance capabilities as the firm scales up its investment management business, which currently includes pension funds in Estonia and an LHV Persian Gulf Fund, offered publicly in several Baltic and Scandinavian countries, that invests in equities from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.

"We are confident that the solutions we've implemented will help us meet increasing regulatory and investor requirements, while allowing us to further grow our business and deliver the highest level of service to our clients," says Mihkel Oja, CEO of LHV Asset Management.
