MoneyMate has announced two enhancements to its hosted ProductMaster client-facing data processing platform.

Buy-side data solutions provider MoneyMate has announced two enhancements to its hosted FundProductMaster client-facing data-processing platform, including an advanced reporting tool and web-based, dashboard-enabled helpdesk functions.

The reporting function will include overall data scoring and comparable tables for benchmarking against peer organizations, as well as information on data-point-processing volume, the number of exceptions raised and resubmissions required, and the interactions that take place between the firm's client services team and funds' data stewards during a given reporting cycle.

The helpdesk, meanwhile, will help better steer workflow to MoneyMate's internal personnel according to the type and severity of assistance required.

"We believe these enhancements will enable our clients to submit requests more efficiently and bring accountability to their own data governance programs by providing accurate and timely management information," says Jeff Willems, vice president of client services at MoneyMate.
