HSBC Upgrades Hong Kong Turrets for £1.1M

HONG KONG--HSBC has gone live with a £1.125 million ($1.9 million) upgrade of its Syntegra turrets for approximately 250 foreign exchange, money markets and derivative traders at the bank’s main Hong Kong site.

The HSBC traders are now using Syntegra’s IP-ready pV405Hi turrets, running ITS Release 13 software. The rollout "brings the main trading floor in Hong Kong in line with other major HSBC centers in London and New York," says Julian Grudizen, regional head of telecommunications, HSBC Asia
