Prebon Yamane-IDDS Project in Limbo
TRADING FLOOR TECHNOLOGIES
LONDON—A project at interdealer broker Prebon Yamane to cut the cost of delivering market data to internal broker desks is likely to be scrapped by new owner Collins Stewart Tullett.
The project is underway and uses a mix of infrastructure and display software to distribute the data to Prebon's brokers.
Prebon currently uses Telerate screens and Telerate's TRS market data distribution platform as well as the legacy Open Trading System (OTS) market data distribution system originally from BT
