Furbush, Harts Gone as Nasdaq Mulls Front-End Strategy Shift

NEW YORK--The departure of two top executives from Nasdaq on the first day of new CEO and president Robert Greifeld’s tenure may mean that a front-end strategy shift is imminent, analysts say.

Dean Furbush, executive vice president (EVP) of Nasdaq Transaction Services, will be replaced by Glen Wolyner, the former chief operating officer (COO) of trading system developer FlexTrade Systems. William Harts, EVP of corporate strategy, has left the company, and no replacement has been named, Nasdaq
