ADF Gets FIXed but Has Few Takers

NEW YORK--The NASD’s Alternative Display Facility (ADF) is in the final stage of FIX (Financial Information Exchange) certification and volume testing at this time, but the NASD cannot estimate a start date, a NASD spokesperson says.
