As BEA Systems’ senior director for financial services marketing, John Knightly, who has held posts at EPropose, BrightWare and Inference Corp., foresees opportunities for straight through processing (STP) and Web services. In fact, BEA’s recently commissioned survey of 50 leading U.S. firms found that 85 percent of them said that Web services would play a role in their STP implementations
