Easyscreen IPO Slated For October 21; New Easytrade 2000 Awaits Its Debut
DATA DISPLAY APPLICATIONS
LONDON--Easyscreen, maker of front-end applications for electronic exchange transactions, is to be fully listed on the London Stock Exchange this week and the company will release a new, multi-market product called Easytrade 2000 soon thereafter.
Easyscreen's IPO is scheduled for October 21 on the LSE, in the techMARK sector of the Official List. The placing price for Easyscreen is 170 pence per share, giving the company a market capitalization of £75.2 million, or approximately $125.1 million
