Swiss Bank Corp. (SBC) has formed a strategic IT alliance with Perot Systems Corp. under which 700 IT staff -- including front-office support staff -- from SBC Warburg, the investment banking arm of SBC, will be transferred to a new Perot Systems subsidiary company, Perot Systems Global Financial Services .
