Prior to Mint, he was vice president of technology for Level 8 Systems, and was co-founder and chief technology officer of Momentum Software, a message-oriented middleware provider acquired by Level 8 in 1998.
Another middleware provider, London-based Braid Systems, appointed three executives for its US subsidiary.
